Pedidos.com was founded in 2009 as the First 100% Mexican e-commerce for office products focused on the micro and small business market, with only 3,200 products in stock and 14 orders per month. In 2010, it allied with HP SureSupply and created links with various brands to expand its catalog and improve prices. It also incorporates different payment methods, including Paypal. It has certificate from the Mexican Internet Association (AMIPCI) and works closely with Google, positioning it in 2013 as a preferred account for its growth potential.

GENERATE SALES IN THE B2B CHANNEL

To achieve the objectives of Increase website traffic, capture leads from potential customers and convert them to purchases , it was necessary to implement campaigns in different media and channels such as Adwords and Bing, as well as Display campaigns on Youtube, GDN and tools such as Sociomantic .

For the SEM channel, accounts were created that were differentiated according to the objectives (sales/leads) with different groups of highly segmented ads to achieve differentiation and have better control over individual users and those looking for office supplies. GDN was used with contextual and thematic orientations for get visits from users. Campaigns were also launched Google Shopping for greater visibility and sales opportunities thus increasing direct response.

In RTB Display, dynamic banners were used that showed each user the product they had viewed and similar products. It allowed us to increase coverage at a more affordable price , optimizing the impacts according to the sections that work best. In this way, a more optimized conversion was achieved by targeting a generic profile of our target audience, so that a part of it ended up impacting the desired profile of users.

RESULTS ACHIEVED

The biggest challenge was to separate individual users from those searching for office supplies in Search campaigns. This was achieved, we reduce costs and increase ROI based on the most profitable keyword strings and locations.

Text ads contained social media extensions to gain followers through them. Seller rating extensions were also added to show the ratings given by buyers. In this way, gained visibility over competitors and depth of results was added for the same search.

With the use of RTB Display, a ROI of 69%, with an average ticket of $2,673 This tool allowed us to reach a specific audience, with personalized retargeting and loyalty campaigns carried out through each device, platform and browser.
