Mellerware It is a small appliance brand born under the umbrella of the Taurus group, whose value proposition is to offer a quality product at smart prices within a highly competitive market sector but with large online business figures, Home appliances being one of the ten ecommerce types with the highest percentage of sales volume in Spain in 2021 según la CNMC. To boost its online sales, the brand decided to partner with Elogia by implementing a agile and optimization-based CRO methodology. The objective was clear: Mellerware wanted improve conversion rate and other monetization metrics of their ecommerce traffic. The path that we proposed together with the brand was to focus on Design a personalized web experience for each of the segments of clients who visited her.

We are well aware that user behavior during the online purchasing process goes through several phases, including comparing the desired product on different websites.
As part of the strategy, we opted to incorporate the innovative technology of Dynamic Yield, which allowed us to establish, with its optimization tool, weekly sprints through which we validated different hypotheses based on the navigation and usability data analyzed by our experts.
These design solutions were implemented as A/B testing or experiments that were simultaneously run, measured, and optimized to increase conversions Some of them were based on:
- Driving user action through social proof.
- Customize product pages with recommendations of greatest relevance according to the user’s interests.
- Engage inactive users with custom inactive tab notifications.
