THE CHALLENGE: REVOLUTIONIZE A TRADITIONAL REAL ESTATE PRODUCT.

DAS Seguros is one of the largest insurance groups worldwide. It is present in more than 30 countries and has premiums amounting to 18 billion euros. DAS was looking for an innovative way to sell more insurance premiums non-payment of rent to consolidate its leadership in this sector, and that is how it came to Elogia.  We had to find a solution to this challenge, in the midst of a context in which the The rental market was booming, with far more demand than supply available. It was then at that time, 2018, motivated by a legislative change, that the new law came into force by which a landlord can only require the tenant to pay a maximum guarantee of 2 monthly payments. This opened the door to default insurance Rental, despite being growing, is still a relatively unknown product But how can this product be introduced to the market in a novel and attractive way? From Corporate Lab We put ourselves in the shoes of DAS and thought about the needs of its clients, the property owners.

THE SOLUTION

In this way, after extensive research we realized that: There was a large potential mass of tenants, but without resources: young people.

Precisely, due to lack of means and guarantees, despite the fact that they can be great tenants, many tenants decline to rent their properties to this profile due to lack of security in payment. With this synergy (initially not very advantageous) is where DAS could increase its sales if the “door” was opened to this type of tenant by giving tenants a guarantee of payment – that’s what non-payment insurance is for! So we only needed to find a way to put these two parties in contact, and offer both a solution. This is how it was born. OKIFY. OKIFY, is a Software SaaS that help real estate agencies to qualify tenants , validating their payment capacity by accessing their payment history in other rentals and references from previous tenants. Through this “score” DAS SEGUROS provides landlords with a non-payment rental insurance of a n variable cost based on the tenant’s actual risk, and the tenant can choose to enter apartments that he could not before. A win-win solution that boosts our client’s business!

APPLIED METHODOLOGY

The global strategy contemplated actions in Adwords y Bing with D campaigns isplay, Remarketing, RRLSA y DSA . And the truth is that… the results were not long in coming! Thanks to this mix of platforms, creatives and formats, Conversion volume increased by 61% in just one year of campaign, but this was not the most relevant KPI, but also this increase in order volume was accompanied by a+190% increase in overall conversion value. This correct and efficient implementation and optimization of the New international campaigns provided Camaloon with an increase in conversion rate (+14%), respecting the campaign ROI objectives, under a significant decrease in Cost Per Order (-10%)
